Presentazione
Standard CEI EN 50110-1 and CEI EN 50110-2 (CEI ref. 11-48 and 11-49), framework standard for "Operation of electrical installations", define the prescriptions to be complied performing works where operators may be exposed to electrical hazard.
The Italian standard CEI 11-27 "Work on electrical installations" aimed to: identify the employees involved electrical works, define the training and procedures in order to safely run works with electrical hazard.
On the basis of the standard CEI 11-27 and with reference to CEI EN 50110-1, a group developed this training course for the purpose of the recognition of suitability to perform electrical live working at Low Voltage.
At the end of the course, CEI will send a letter, to the employer or to the concerned company unit manager, reporting the final test result.
The employer, on the basis of the course result and all other evidences already in his possession (experience in electrical works, dead working or in the vicinity, and / or electrical systems low voltage lives works, reliability, sense of responsibility, coordination capabilities in other people management, etc.)., will give, in accordance to the standard CEI EN 50110-1 and CEI 11-27, the recognition of Persona Esperta (PES) or Persona Avvertita (PAV), and the attestation of "Idoneità" to perform lives working at Low Voltage.
Scopo
The main aim of the course is to provide elements to complete the training of personnel involved in electrical works, especially with regard to the learning of the necessary theoretical knowledge and the proper methods for organization and management of electrical works, also using descriptive examples related to real installation solutions.
Destinatari
The course is addressed to installers, maintainers and those people who perform an activity where is necessary to work on electrical systems, both dead working and lives working at LV (up to 1000 V a.c. and 1500 V in d.c), or to work in the vicinity of HV systems.
Participants must already possess a real hands-on experience and at least a general knowledge of electricity and electrical systems.
